      Hi Leah.

I do eat fish, but I only do so if I know it’s from a sustainable source and, more importantly, only if I have to (i.e. it’s the only food available to eat)

Hi Leah – I don’t because, in a great twist of irony, it makes me very sick. 🙁 If I could eat fish, I would be like Sean and go for the sustainable fisheries. One way of checking if a fish is caught sustainably is by looking at this website: http://www.fishonline.org/ You can even print out a pocket guide to take with you to the markets.

I’m vegetarian, so I don’t eat fish (I’m not keen on the fishy taste either).

Yes, but only fish that I know has been sustainably and responsibly caught or farmed.
