• Question: have you ever jumped or fell out of the boat to get a fish?

      Nope. Jumped out of a boat to swim with a Humpback Whale though.

      I then turned around and swam away very quickly back to the boat when it decided that it wanted to swim with me. They’re VERY big close up…

      Hey Dory,

      No I haven’t! I’ve usually worked in the polar seas, so it would be a bit cold to jump off the boat. Also, as a physicist, I don’t really work with fish, so it would be a bit pointless as well as rather cold! Oh, and I’d probably be in trouble with the captain as (s)he’d have to turn the boat around to pick me up (which isn’t that easy with a big boat!).
