I’m not familiar with the giant trevally, but in general trevally are fish similar in appearance to tuna, but a fair bit smaller. One of my best diving memories is being surrounded by a shoal (pack?) of trevally at dust, while they were going crazy looking for food!

A Giant Trevally is a rather large, rather fast predatory fish. They’re very curious fish and, as Dave and I can both testify, they’ll happily interact with Divers! I very nearly had a head on collision with one once. Thankfully we both veered out of one another’s way just in time though! They’re of no danger to humans of course!
