Question: What kind of animals have you killed and why?

The only animal I have to kill on a regular basis is fruitflies (the tiny flies you might have seen around your composting bin if you gave one), these are our model organisms and we keep them in the lab. If we don’t kill them they just become too many! When I was doing my PhD I used zebrafish eggs for y experiments but I wasnt really killing any adults
